The Coral Bentley Hotel – Policies and Information

All rates are per room, per night, on a CP (Continental Plan – Room with Breakfast) basis. These rates are tax inclusive.

Goods & Services Tax (GST). General Information

• 5% GST applicable on tariffs up to ₹7,500 per night.
• 18% GST applicable on tariffs above ₹7,500 per night.
• Any increase in Government taxes (GST or others) will be applied over and above the published room and meal rates.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time – 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time – 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged at one full night’s room rate.
• Extended late check-out (up to 3 hours): ₹2,500 (inclusive of GST).
• Extended late check-out (up to 5 hours): ₹3,500 (inclusive of GST).

Additional Activities

Candle Light Dinners

• Pool Side Candlelight dinner – ₹3,500 (+ 18% GST).
• Candlelight dinner with cake only – ₹4,500 (+ 18% GST).
• Flower bed decoration – ₹3,000 (inclusive of taxes).
• Flower bouquet – ₹1,100 (inclusive of taxes).
• Honeymoon cake (500 gm) – ₹1,800 (inclusive of taxes).

Note: Candlelight dinner menus are fixed and served plated with:

• 2 choices of soups (Veg / Non-Veg)
• 2 choices of starters (Veg / Non-Veg)
• 2 choices of rice & breads (Veg / Non-Veg)
• 2 choices of curries (Veg / Non-Veg)
• 1 dessert of the day
• 2 non-alcoholic soft drinks

Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner Compulsory

• Christmas Eve Dinner (24th December): ₹2,500 per person (inclusive of taxes).
• New Year’s Eve Dinner (31st December): ₹3,000 per person (inclusive of taxes).

Room Occupancy Policy

• Maximum occupancy: 3 adults per room.
• Only one extra mattress permitted per room. Except the Family Room – family Room 2 Extra mattress are allowed

Child & Infant Policy

• Children below 5 years stay complimentary without extra bedding.
• Extra adult/child charge: ₹ 1000 per night (CP plan).
• Only one extra mattress is allowed per room. Except the Family Suit (2 extra bed are allowed).

Meal Plan

• All meals are served at the main restaurant following FSSAI and safety norms.
• CP Plan – Room with Breakfast.
• Meal Supplements –

MAP – ₹500 per person per meal (inclusive of tax).

AP    – ₹1,000 per person per meal (inclusive of tax).

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Provisional bookings are held until the pre-specified cut-off date; thereafter, they are auto-released.
• Confirmations require 50% advance payment and remaining 50% a day before check in.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Foreign guests, NRIs, and PIOs must present valid passports and visas at check-in.
• Any hike in government taxes will be applied in addition to room and meal rates.

Group Booking Policy

• 35% advance payment at the time of booking.
• 35% second advance payment 15 days prior to arrival.
• Remaining 30% balance with rooming list, at least 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• No refund for cancellations during peak season (15th Dec – 15th Jan).
• 90% refund for cancellations received 30 days or more in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellations received 15 days or more in advance.
• No refund for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival.
• 100% retention for unused nights or early check-outs.
• The hotel is not responsible for flight/ferry delays, cancellations, or natural calamities.
• 100% retention applies for no-shows.
